User Behaviour
movideo Business Intelligence is active throughout the movideo Platform and is included in the movideo Media Player. The media player is the front end where the user interacts with the content and movideo Business Intelligence tracks all events that occur. Depending on the features you activate for your user base, events may include (not limited to):
- Video controls (volume / play / pause / rewind / fast forward / skip).
- Full screen.
- Playlist controls (loop / random).
- Browsing events (media Items / playlists / channels ).
- Social sharing and embedding.
- Session times.

Streaming needs to be reliable – a break in transmission, or failure of efficient content delivery, or anything that interrupts the user experience effects your brand and can cost you money.
