Movideo is an online video platform created in 2004 from within the publicly listed Australian digital media business, MCM Entertainment Group Limited.
Movideo is the largest Software as a Service (SaaS) Online Video Platform business based in the APAC region. Movideo was developed within the publicly listed Australian media business, MCM Entertainment Group (ASX:MEG) from 2006. Following its success within the domestic media market for MCM, Movideo was established as a SaaS and consulting business within the group in 2008. It now has offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore and Shanghai.
Movideo launched to market in 2010 and now services 30 customers, including Network Ten in Australia, MNC Group Indonesia, South China Morning Post Hong Kong, Reader’s Digest Singapore and Astro Group Malaysia, and is focused on the rapidly emerging markets in APAC.
Chief Executive Officer
Tony McGinn founded MCM Entertainment Group in 1983, pioneering the advertiser-funded business model in Australia in the early 1980s. As CEO, he oversaw the Company’s development into a powerhouse producer of weekly content for radio, television and digital. Now the Chief Executive of Movideo, the international digital media technology business owned by MCM Entertainment Group Ltd, Tony is focused on promoting Movideo’s online video player to the Asia Pacific market. Tony is also Chairman of the Victorian children's cancer charity KOALA Foundation and Chairman of the Million Dollar Lunch fundraising committee.
Chief Technology Officer
Cam leads all aspects of strategic technology development and direction, managing the technical R&D team within Movideo. He is also responsible for MCM Entertainment Group’s technical vision Cam joined the Group in 2007 from Media and Gaming Pty Ltd where he was the Chief Technology Officer. His core focus was creating mobile wagering applications and managing the company’s strategic and technical research. During this time he worked with the likes of Sky Channel, Tabcorp, Sporting Bet, Telstra, Hutchinson Telecoms and UniTab. Prior to this Cam established RocketDog Consultancy, managing projects for NAB, City of Melbourne, Australia Post, KPMG, Sensis and Computer Associates.
VP Business Development ANZ
Benjamin Yun joined Movideo earlier this year with a focus to develop online video business models for content owners in the ANZ region and foster strategic video growth for existing partners. In his previous role, Ben worked as a Project Director bringing together C-level enterprise executives with innovative technology vendors in the ICT and Digital Media space. With an expertise around Social Analytics, Business Intelligence and Content Marketing, Ben looks to expand the Movideo ecosystem in the ANZ region.
Director, Professional Services
John has worked with some of the world’s largest sports, media, entertainment and telecommunications organisations to create highly successful digital consumer products. He co-founded Live Events Wireless consultancy and developed innovative mobile solutions for Tabcorp Ltd, EPSN Inc. and Eurosport SA. More recently John was Senior Mobile Manager – BigPond Sport at Telstra where he had end to end product development and management responsibility for Telstra’s premium sports portfolio including AFL, NRL, V8 Supercars and Racing Network on mobiles and tablets. As Director of Professional Services at Movideo, John has responsibility for client advisory, development and systems integration services.

Lisa joined Movideo in late 2012 as Customer Management Executive. Lisa has over 10 years of customer service leadership experience with companies such as Telstra, Foxtel and Aconex. Lisa prides herself on developing and implementing progressive customer service strategies which will strengthen the relationship between Movideo and our customers.
